Cancellations are subject to the policy in effect at the time of booking; no refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, or travel issues beyond our control. Additionally, interruptions in public services such as water, gas, electricity, or internet do not qualify for refunds, as these are external situations beyond our control. However, we will do our best to manage any issue with providers and restore services as quickly as possible.
