This house is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, large deck on two sides of the house featuring a lounge setting, a hot tub and a large BBQ. There's a large garage, and space for at least 3 cars in front of the house. The large, lush garden adds to the coziness of the place.
Pacifica, California was voted Rand McNally's Most Scenic City for 2011. There is a rural feel even though we are close to the city and all the Bay Area has to offer. It is a short walk, or bike ride, from our door to shopping, dining, trails, beach or to the SamTrans Bus station at Linda Mar Shopping Center across the highway. You can take the bus to the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) train station in Daly City. BART trains go to SFO, San Francisco, East Bay and a bit beyond. We are a 10 minute drive to Pacifica's wonderful fishing Pier or to our local golf course - Sharp Park (designed by Alister Mackenzie (designer of Augusta National).) You will have easy access to 2 of America's most scenic road ways- Highway 1 to Big Sur & I-280 to Silicon Valley. We're 15 - 30 minutes (depending on traffic) to San Francisco and to the San Francisco International Airport. We are 90 minutes from Napa Valley wineries, 4 hours from Lake Tahoe Ski resorts and 4 hours from Yosemite Valley National Park. Enterprise Rent-a-Car in Pacifica will come pick you up.

Very friendly neighbours, very quite neighbourhood, no through traffic. On a clear day, you can see the tops of Golden Gate Bridge towers.
Less than half a mile across US 1 SamTrans 110 offers a bus to BART and San Francisco.
Less than a mile from our house is a Safeway and a small shopping area. There are restaurants within walking distance and a mile down the road is Puerto 27, an amazing Peruvian Restaurant.

Very relaxed people who enjoy the quietness and beauty of this place and the ocean. Interesting mix of different ages and lifestyles.
Public busses a few blocks away, enough parking space in and around the house for 4-5 cars.
This is a lovely and very quiet neighbourhood. The people living here enjoy the nature and solitude. Please respect the community: No parties, and keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Thanks!
