A wonderful updated lakefront home located in beautiful Gilbert Arizona. Come sit on the dock with a nice cold drink and watch the amazing sunsets. It's not a swimming lake but you can take the pedal boat out for a fun tour of The Islands. We also provide you with two beach cruiser bicycles so you can explore the neighborhood at your leisure and the community swimming pool is just steps away.
This property is situated between Downtown Gilbert and Downtown Chandler. Head on over to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to live music, eat at awesome restaurants, and of course, don't forget to checkout their vibrant nightlife. Downtown Gilbert also offers a fabulous farmers market every Saturday morning with locally grown fruits and vegetables. With many nearby attractions including year round golf courses, San Tan Village, Top Golf, Main Event, Puzzle Effect Escape Room, Sunsplash Water Park, Canyon Lake, spring training and much more... There's something for everyone! It's a great area to visit any time of the year. This home has 2 bedrooms. Both with queen size beds and 2 full baths. It sleeps 4 comfortably but also has a single futon sofa in the master bedroom and a single person pull out bed in the loft. The cozy galley kitchen has everything you need with stainless steel appliances and all your pots, pans, and tableware.
