Summary: AC in two rooms were not working. They attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful and we couldn’t move because the hotel was full. Also room 603 in the towers had a major issue with the shower. The drain was blocked and the water overflowed into the bathroom. Las Americas is a good hotel but sadly needs serious maintenance.
