Hello my name is Luisa Galofre, I’m the host for Martinique 1403. I am also the owner of the apartment. Im a resident of Cartagena, CO and live in Florida with my family. I’m a avid traveler and host. At 1403, you get to enjoy life’s luxuries & pleasures. My apartment is old city style infused with modern style. My place is clean and tidy and comfortable and elegant. We also offer laundry, food delivery and wine services. Come enjoy, indulge & stay at Martinique 1403!.
The space
We have 1 master room with a queen size bed for 2. Includes open closet, TV, night tables and a full bathroom. Our kitchen contains all the essential even a instant water boiler. We have a spacious kitchen counter to enjoy your meals. Our living room has a large TV, Alexa device and music speaker. Our living room sofa has 2 sofa beds, which can fit 2 people. We also have another full bathroom in the apartment, contains toilet and shower. In our patio we have a unique jacuzzi that has LED lighting. We have a outside table with games and a closet stored with towels and more. The views from the patio are incredible! To the left you have a view of the landscape with a view of the San Felipe castle. To the right you have a wide view of the “mar azul” also known as the blue ocean. When you book a room with us, you’ll also have rooftop access to enjoy the several lounges , bbq, gym, sauna, pool and much more!
Our guest can access the rooftop. On the rooftop there is a pool, jacuzzis, gym, bbq grill, lounges, bathrooms & more!
When guest check in into the lobby, they will be given a yellow bracelet & that bracelet must be shown or worn throughout the entire stay, bracelet must be seen by building guards in order to enter and stay on the property. This bracelet will give the guest access to the room, rooftop and the property.
