Es un apartaestudio, con acceso a las zonas comunes, piscina y gimnasio con horarios de uso (ubicados en la terraza, como se ve en las fotos); con parqueadero propio.
El clima no lo podemos controlar, pero bajo cualquier circunstancia se puede disfrutar... siempre es uno el que se hace el ambiente.
Recuerda revisar las reglas de la casa y las condiciones del apartamento para que no tengas inconveniente luego con cancelaciones o cobros adicionales, ya que nuestra política de cancelación es moderada y como anfitriones no podemos cancelar debido a las penalizaciones que nos genera ABB.

Puedes hacer uso de la piscina, cumpliendo las reglas de la zona, así como el espacio para ejercicio, el cuál cuenta con algunos elementos básicos para entrenamiento (recuerda dejar limpios los equipos para que las otras personas lo puedan usar).
Ten en cuenta que los horarios para el uso de estos espacios son:
Gimansio, Piscina y Zona BBQ: 10 am a 10:00 pm
La Piscina está cerrada los Martes por mantenimiento.
Está prohibido por normas del edificio el uso de bafles o parlantes en las zonas comunes.
Los horarios de silencio son de 10:00 pm a 7:00 am. Evitar los ruidos altos, volumen de parlantes o algarabías incluso dentro de los apartamentos. Por respeto a los otros habitantes de edificio. El espacio es pensado para el descanso.
Todos los espacios se deben dejar limpios y organizados al finalizar su uso; para los equipos del gimnasio, se deben limpiar (tras su uso) con toallitas desechables para dejarlo limpio para el siguiente usuario. De lo contrario se deberá pagar una cuota por limpieza que se cargará al huesped.
El espacio de la zona BBQ se debe programar con antelación ya que se debe reservarcon la administración del edificio.
