Summary: The property had no hot water and apparently the hot water had been broken for sometime. At check-in we were not informed of this problem. We should have been offered alternative accommodations. Only after multiple complaints was hot water restored in day 5 of our stay. Also, one of the three toilets did not flush properly. Half way through our stay, property manager asks to have new furniture installed -further interrupting our vacation. Finally, on top of everything else, the condo has cockroaches.
