The apartment is designed for 4 guests. It has 1 room with air, 2 bathrooms with shower, Jacuzzi, WIFI, sheets, duvets, towels and toilet paper.
The Building has 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, Turkish, BBQ, Gym and common areas.
Visits ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The space
I am located in the area of Cielo Mar, the building has 24-hour surveillance, 2 streets from Morros Beach and only 10 minutes by car from the Historic Center (Walled City), so you can explore and discover all the magic that our city has for you.
After making the reservation, I will send you a message with the specifications of how to get to the property, recommendations for what to do, city tips and more information that will be very useful for your time in Cartagena.
Guest access
If you come in your own vehicle, you can park inside the building at no extra charge. They must first request this service to confirm availability. RV and high cylinder motorcycles are not allowed to enter the property, these must park outside the building.
Other things to note
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring visitors to the property.
Foreigners (persons other than Colombian) MUST NOT PAY VAT. They are exempt.
All names must be sent with document numbers of all persons before checking in. After check-in, NO ADDITIONAL PERSON IS ALLOWED TO REGISTER.
Only 1 small size pet is allowed. Medium and large animals ARE NOT ALLOWED ON the PROPERTY. In addition, an extra cost of 150,000 pesos must be paid to perform a deeper cleaning of the apartment. In case the pet does any damage the new item will be charged. In the event that beds, pillows and/or sofa beds are urinated, an additional 300,000 pesos will be charged at the cost of deep cleaning.
On the other hand, the cleaning cost we charge is to clean our property when you finish your stay. Daily maid service is not included. If you'd like to take this service, there will be an extra cost. Contact me to request this service For reservations longer than 2 weeks, we include a weekly cleaning completely free of charge.
Laundry service IS NOT INCLUDED within the property This has an additional cost.
If you bring pets, it is mandatory to take the daily housekeeping service. (This is non negotiable) That's why they must ask before booking.
The use of the BBQ in the building costs $60,000 pesos each time it is used.
