Great apartment for up to 5 people, located in a safe neighborhood of Santa Monica Residencial. Within short walking distance, you will find the Granda entertainment district. It's the city's top tourist area offering a wide range of restaurants, bars, designer shops, and many other attractions. The apartment is located on the first floor. Also, by taxi, you can reach the Boulevard del Rio, the cultural are of La Tertulia, Parque del Peñón, shopping centers, and many other activities within just 15 minutes.
There are only 4 stairs to gain access to the apartment, no need to take an elevator. The unit has a washer but no dryer, there is a place to dry clothes. The unit is on the 1st floor.

Cali experienced a cuisine renaissance approximately 15 years ago, and all of the most acclaimed restaurants and bars are in Granada.
But before we venture into Granada, if you want a magical experience you'll want to try La Hacienda del Bosque. You'll feel transported to a stunning “urban finca” decorated in whites, natural woods and steel in the most beautiful field with huge trees. You'll wonder how something that feels this quiet and remote is so close to the city. Try the Taco appetizers or the Rollitos de Chontaduro to start. Their seafood and steaks are remarkable. They also serve popular local dishes like Ajiaco and Arroz con Pollo. Their fresh fruit juices are a must as well. I would recommend the Limonada de Yerbabuena, a refreshing mint lemonade, and the Jugo de Mandarina (fresh mandarin juice).
In Granada, you must try Odiseo. Its Art Deco inspired decor paired with its exquisite dishes and service is a must. You'll feel like you're in the Great Gatsby, just two minutes walking.
If you like seafood, Tajamares is your place. It's rustic to be sure and the seafood is delicious, also 2 minutes walking.
Platillos Voladores (Flying Saucers) is perhaps the most famous of all with inventive dishes combining local ingredients like Chontaduro. I recommend dining in their cozy, gorgeous outdoor patio, you'll definitely want to try it. You'll thank me later! Tell Vicky, the Chef, that Alex sent you.
In just a 3 minute walk you'll find one of Granada's coolest and newest rooftop bars called Mantra. With its red hues, delicious drinks and sweeping views, it attracts all the beautiful people of Cali.
A very cool LGBTQ bar is called Regia. It's got great music and the ambiance is definitely fun.
There's plenty more to see in Cali, so take the time to see it, it'll be an unforgettable trip!

THE UNIT HAS NO AC
Check-out is at 10:00 am if check-out is more than 30 minutes past check out you will be charged an additional US$40.00. If you hold possession on our property for more than 2 hours you will be charged an additional day, this does not award you possession for the additional day it's a penalty for holding possession beyond what you are supposed to because you could negatively affect a future reservation and costing us money by having our housekeepers wait around.
Violation of house rules is grounds for removal of the property without refund and you shall be considered trespassing. All Guests must be declared on the reservation, if there are undeclared guests it will be considered as an additional $15.00 per day per person and could still be considered for removal of the reservation if any of these people are deemed unsuitable guests by the host or Airbnb.
