Summary: Ideal for a large group. As you come into the property, there is a large living room, bathroom, a nice kitchen, and a dining table. On the bottom floor there are six bedrooms, each with two double beds and a bathroom. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a bathroom. Outside is spectacular with a swimming pool and a large table under shade. Further out is an outside kitchen with a large dining table and a bar. Outside there is also a sauna, jacuzzi, and a small soccer field. Plenty of bathrooms throughout and hot water. Also, had two wonderful ladies that cleaned premises and cooked breakfast and dinner for a group of 24 staying in the property and 8 more that were staying nearby. We had bus come pick us up for daily trips to Recuca, Salento, and Finlandia. There is also WiFi available. This was a tremendous plus since some had to work remotely.Some minor downers: Property is on a one-way “freeway”, 8 minutes to the airport and 14 minutes from the airport because you have to go to turn around. There is a large metal gate that allows cars to go in and drop passengers. The address is hard to explain and Uber has trouble finding it. Even locals have trouble knowing where it is. Locally, it is best known as Villa Margarita. Make sure you ask about additional charges for ladies. They are totally worth it and very reasonable. Lastly, communicate frequently with host, it takes some time to get all your questions answered.
