There are two full bathrooms with showers. One is inside the primary bedroom, while the second is located outside the bedrooms and is shared by the rest of the group. The showers do not have hot water; because of Cartagena’s warm climate, water at room temperature is common in many local accommodations.
The living room is designed for relaxing, spending time together, or watching television. It includes air conditioning, a Smart TV, a sofa bed, and direct access to the main balcony. For evening transportation, we recommend using a private vehicle, a taxi requested through the front desk, or a ride-hailing app. The streets are illuminated, but pedestrian traffic and commercial activity decrease significantly at night.
A minimarket is located on the building’s first floor for basic purchases. Additional shops and local food options are available along 47th and 48th Streets, and Ara supermarkets can be found in Torices and Marbella. For a broader selection of restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife, guests should travel to the historic center, Getsemaní, Marbella, or another established tourist area.

10. **White towels are for use inside the apartment only.**
Do not take them to the pool or use them to remove makeup, clean shoes, wipe floors, or clean spills.
11. **Use the air conditioning responsibly.**
Keep doors and windows closed while it is running and turn it off whenever you leave the apartment.
12. **Turn off equipment when it is not in use.**
Before leaving, switch off lights, televisions, fans, air conditioning, the stove, and other appliances.

Do not leave the stove or oven unattended, and clean any grease or food spills after cooking.
14. **Keep waste inside securely closed bags.**
