Summary: This unit was okay. There were leaking ceilings, and a broken shower door, but the layout and location suited our needs. However, we did not originally book this place. When I reached out to the property manager, Hector, the day before our arrival date, I was informed that our first rental was no longer available. Literally one day before. He was able to provide this unit, but only for 2 nights out of 5 that we were staying in Cartagena. In addition, because the second unit was completely unacceptable, we were forced to book another option with a new host and new location, last minute. This was a huge inconvenience for my family. We also came to know that the reason our original reservation was canceled was because the unit had been overbooked, even though we were first told it was because of a new electrical problem. We did get a partial refund from vrbo.
