The apartment is in a strategic area, in front of the beach but also with a wide range of restaurants, bars and commercial stores within walking distance. It is 15-18 minutes walking from the walled city or 5 minutes by taxi
Beautiful apartment with a spacious master bedroom featuring a double bed and a single trundle bed. Comfortable living room fully equipped for 4 people, with stunning sea views. It has 2 full bathrooms and a sofa bed for 2 guests in the living area. Air conditioning in both the master bedroom and living room. TVs in the living room and master bedroom. The building offers pools, including a panoramic one on the 40th floor, plus two more pools and a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor, as well as a gym. Special note: From April 30th until July 20th, the panoramic pool on the 40th floor will be under repair, but guests will have access to the two pools and jacuzzi on the 3rd floor.
It has a fully equipped gym that is free for guests to use (please ask for keys in the lobby). Spectacular pool on the top floor (40) with 360º views open all year from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm It also has a beautiful swimming pool on the 3rd floor, with a jacuzzi and a practice pool that can be used on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
