Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

General:
Reception from 08.00 to 21.30
Purpose. To regulate between the parties (Guest and Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena) the contractual terms and conditions, effective during the Lodging Service, as detailed below, and in matters not foreseen, by the legal norm that regulates the subject:
Registration. The Guest must check in at 3:00 p.m. and check out at noon in person.
Lodging Price. The Guest shall pay Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena the agreed sum per night (for 1 or 2 people), which includes a la carte breakfast with drinks.
Payment Method. The Guest shall pay Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena in advance for the registered nights. In the event of non-compliance, the lodging service will be immediately suspended.
Offered Service. Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena will provide the Guest with room cleaning and organizing service, which must be requested before 11:30 am; after this time, the service is considered unnecessary. The breakfast service can be enjoyed by the Guest at the Al Alma Restaurant, which will be defined by the assigned service staff. Additional services for the consumption of food or drinks must be paid at the time of check-out, without exception.
Express Prohibitions. The Guests or persons assigned by them are prohibited from allowing minors without parental accompaniment, consuming hallucinogenic substances, bringing pets, allowing visitors without prior notice, and bringing in food at Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena.
Exclusion of Liability. The Guest releases Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena from contractual civil liability for damages or harm caused by the use of common or wet areas due to the action or omission of the Guests or non-compliance with basic protection or care regulations. Likewise, Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena is not responsible for events beyond its control that prevent the Guest from utilizing and enjoying the reservation. However, if the Guest is accompanied by minors, they will be responsible for their care and custody during the lodging stay.
Special Contractual Conditions. The Guest accepts and authorizes Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena, with the offer of the Lodging Service with Total or Partial Payment, that in the event of a force majeure preventing them from fulfilling the reservation on the registered and/or reserved days, a rescheduling of the reservation or a refund of the paid amount may be granted, under the following conditions: if notified 30 to 60 calendar days before the reservation, a 30% administrative charge will be deducted from the previously paid amount with the possibility of rescheduling the reservation excluding high seasons or holidays; if notified between 15 to 30 calendar days before the reservation, a 50% administrative charge will be deducted from the previously paid amount, without the possibility of rescheduling; if notified less than 15 calendar days before the reservation, no refund of the previously paid amount will be made, nor will rescheduling be allowed.
Right of Admission. Al Alma Apart Suites Cartagena reserves the right of admission regarding the Guest.
Locative Damages. The Guest will be responsible for all damages caused to the property, with a cost of USD 100, as well as for stains on sheets and bedding.
Internet Access. Each apartment in Al Alma Apart Suites Cartagena has an internet connection. For Apartment 1, the Network is named 'Al alma repeat', with Password: parasite*. For Apartment 2, the Network is named 'Al Alma Cartagena_RP', with Password: AlAlma123.
Check-in and Check-out Times. Standard check-in will be from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability. The check-in period extends until 8:20 PM. After this time, a late check-in will be considered, which has an additional cost of 150,000 COP. The check-out time is noon on the departure day.
Key Return. All guests of Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena must return the apartment keys to the restaurant lobby at the time of check-out. Failure to return the keys as indicated may result in additional charges to the guest, to cover replacement and/or lock change costs for security reasons.
Celebrations and Noise Level Rules. At Al Alma Apart Suites - Cartagena, we prioritize the tranquility and comfort of our guests. Therefore, celebrations or events that may disturb the peace are not allowed. Moderate use of sounds and music is permitted until 10:00 PM. We ask our guests to maintain a noise level that ensures healthy coexistence and respect for other guests.
Visitors Policy. Guests may receive visitors during their stay. However, if visitors stay overnight, they must register at our lobby and pay a fee of 150,000 COP. This registration is essential to maintain proper control and security at our facilities.
Jacuzzi Use Policy. At Al Alma Apart Suites Cartagena, we offer our guests the enjoyment of the jacuzzi between 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Any use of the jacuzzi outside these hours must be previously requested and authorized by the establishment's administration. It is important to note that, in case of using the jacuzzi outside the established hours, the guest assumes all responsibility for their safety.
