Casa del Virrey Eslava is located a few steps from the García Márquez mansion, the Santa Clara Hotel and the best restaurants of old Cartagena. It is the most luxurious multi-family complex of its kind.
This property arose from the restoration of the old Colegio de La Esperanza, built and partially restored in 2008 by Alberto Samudio, who gave it a very modern atmosphere with a particular sophisticated style.
The house has a kitchen, living room, balcony with pool views, a bedroom with a balcony and a King Size bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with a shower, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
The condominium has two training pools, four Jacuzzis, gym, spa, sauna, massage rooms for the comfort of our guests and 24-hour security.
All guests are required to provide their passport or ID number prior to arrival in order to authorize their access to the condo. Only previously registered guests will have access to the house.
Visits are not allowed without being authorized and for this they must register at least one day in advance.
