This villa is 4 floor tall, full of enchanted spaces & entertainment for our guests.
In the first floor you will find a reception area, kitchen and dinning room as well as a vast and comfortable pool for more than 30 people. This open sky pool is surrounded by beautiful vertical wall gardens, it's in the middle of the villa where you will get just the right amount of sun and heat during the day and at night will be illuminating the whole space giving life to this majestic place.
Second floor will bring you a great hall, TV Room and a colonial balcony overlooking the famous Calle Santo Domingo.
Third floor offers a large terrace with a Turkish bath (Hammam or Steam Bath), a roman pool and a lounge area with direct views to the Iglesia Santo Domingo, oldest church in the city (built in 1539).
Last floor is an observatory point with a lookout of the magical view of the Cupula from Cartagena's cathedral.

PROPERTY RULES:
1) Each guest must be registered before arrival, must send their identity document and must complete the contract with the information of all guests.

3)The entrance of visitors or guests of any type to the property is prohibited, only those who are registered in the reservation.
4) Reservations made by groups of single men or Women are not allowed.
5) No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00 hrs.
6)The use of the property is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the property.
7) Any damage caused to the property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
8) It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property.
9) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the property, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
10)We are not responsible for the loss of documents or personal items, we suggest if the house has a security box in the rooms, make use of them.
11) Sex tourism within the property is totally forbidden.
12)Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
13) Every time you leave the property, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
14) Please do not leave the keys inside the property. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0 USD.
15) To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
16) For your safety, there are cameras controlled by a private security company in the social areas of the property, never in private areas.
17) A charge of $ 35 USD for private security must be paid by the guest making the reservation. He will also serve as a server and assistant for any special needs.
18) Check-out is at 12:00 m Please give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
Upon arrival of guests, delicious tropical fruits will be offered as a welcome.
